Tasting characteristics : lovely deep ruby colour. Very complex to the nose. Aromas of black fruit, spices, pepper and cocoa. Generous, intense and structured on the palate.
Food and wine pairing : to be enjoyed with mushroom risotto, duck breast, moussaka, meat cooked in sauce or with ripened cheese.
Serving temperature : 16 °C / 18°C.
